I help people plan and enjoy their trip to Japan. Everything is done by email and document. No video calls, no phone calls. This way, all my advice is written down and you can read it anytime, even offline on the train.

Plan Check - $200

You already have a travel plan. Send it to me.

I will read it carefully and tell you what works and what does not. If you are spending too much time in one area, I will tell you. If there is a better restaurant nearby, I will suggest it. If your train route is wrong, I will fix it. If you are missing something good, I will add it.

I will return your plan with my comments, corrections, and better alternatives. After that, 1 round of follow-up questions by email is included.

Mekiki Service - $300

"Mekiki" means "expert eye" in Japanese. The ability to tell the real from the fake, the good from the overpriced.

This service covers everything related to buying things in Japan. You can ask me to make a shopping list for your trip. You can ask me to find a specific item. You can ask me to check if a vintage watch on a Japanese auction site is worth buying. I will search Japanese websites, contact sellers, and call shops directly in Japanese to check availability and condition.

What I deliver is a document with my research results. Product names, store names, addresses, Google Maps links, prices, and my honest opinion on each one.

One request per order. If your request is "I want a shopping list for knives, whisky, and skincare," that is one order. If your request is "Find me a 1970s Seiko diver watch under $800," that is also one order.

1 round of follow-up questions by email included after delivery.

Omakase Itinerary

"Omakase" means "I leave it to you" in Japanese. At a sushi restaurant, it means the chef decides what to serve. Here, it means you tell me your dates, budget, and interests, and I build your complete trip.

You get a day-by-day schedule with restaurant suggestions for every meal, train and bus routes with times, Google Maps links for every location, and tips that only a local would know. Delivered as Google Doc and PDF so it works offline on your phone. 1 round of revision included.

3 days - $300 5 days - $400 7 days - $500 10 days - $700 14 days - $900

Need it fast? +$100 for delivery within 48 hours.

I accept only 5 clients per month. This is to give full attention to each plan.

I will reply to your email within 24-48 hours. If you want to proceed, I send a Stripe payment link. You pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No account needed. After payment, I start working. I deliver your document when it is ready.

All services are consultation and advice only. I do not book hotels, flights, or make reservations.

Payment and Refund Policy

All services require full payment before I start working. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Because you are paying for my time and expertise, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has started or the document has been delivered.

Please note

I provide advice and information only. I am not responsible for changes in store hours, restaurant closures, train delays, or any other issues that may happen during your travel. Japan changes every day. A shop that was open yesterday might be closed tomorrow. I will always do my best to give you the most current information.
